Effective immediately: New regulations at the Student Office FB15

As of 7 April 2026, the Student Office follows the regulations of TU Darmstadt and the examination regulations of FB15.

2026/04/14

Please note the following:

1 — Registration deadline: 30 June 2026

After the registration deadline on 30 June 2026, no exam registrations can be changed or added retrospectively — this includes changes to specialisation modules, elective subjects, and late exam registrations.

From 15 June 2026, we will offer extended office hours to assist you with your registration.

2 — Interdisciplinary courses

Only graded courses are accepted for interdisciplinary course requirements. Please ensure you select and attend only graded offerings. Ungraded courses will not be entered retrospectively by the Student Office FB15.

3 — Pre-emptive master's credits

Pre-emptive master's credits cannot be re-registered via Moodle. Re-registration is only possible with a prior registration using the designated form. The form Registration – Pre-emptive Master's Credits is available from the Student Office.

Please submit the completed form to the Student Office by 30 June 2026.

4 — Email communication

Due to capacity constraints, the Student Office cannot respond to all emails regarding grade entries. Please check your Leistungsspiegel (academic transcript) regularly.
