Rechnerpool designs, develops and operates IT hardware and software structures for study, research, educational teaching and administration, among them for server, network, workstation systems, periphery and a range of other services. The financing is provided by department funds, university funds as well as third-party funds.
The team consists of staff, administration and a variety of student assistants.
The administration and service department and also the workshop can be found on the ground floor on the south-western side of the building. The computer rooms are located on the ground floor on the south-eastern side as well as on the north-western side of the third floor.

Tuesday + Thursday
11.00 AM to 12.00 AM
The Helpdesk offers support for students and staff of the FB15 with questions and problems for e.g. with laptops.
