The (Federal Foundation for Building Culture) is an independent institution that promotes the interests of building culture and aims to make the built environment a topic of public interest. The Foundation is committed to the interests of high-quality and reflective planning and building and pursues the goal of anchoring the appearance and condition of the built environment as a topic of public interest. AktivPlus e.V.
AktivPlus e.V. is an initiative of planners and scientists with the aim of developing and promoting a sustainable standard for buildings and neighbourhoods in the construction and real estate industry and establishing it in society. The AktivPlus building standard is intended to combine energy efficiency, indoor climate and the health and well-being of users and to enable new building models that are both ecologically and economically sustainable. For this purpose, the non-profit association takes on the task of centrally bundling and coordinating competences and actively shaping the further development of the building standard. At the same time, AktivPlus e.V. sees itself as a knowledge platform and competence network that serves the exchange of experience between members and the discussion with political actors as well as the transfer of knowledge to the professional public and building owners. AktivPlus e.V. was founded on the initiative of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Norbert Fisch, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Gerd Hauser, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dr. h.c. Gerhard Hausladen and Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Manfred Hegger.
