The ZSB is the primary contact point for prospective students and students with concerns such as deciding on, planning and organising their studies, as well as with problematic or crisis-ridden courses of study.

Student Services
The Student Service helps with questions about application/admission and the associated administrative procedures. It also provides advice on organisational matters such as re-registration and leave of absence.
