Green and Active Schoolyards

This project aims at developing and critically investigating a set of street furniture and vegetation boxes for a local primary school. We hypothesize that our set will have a cooling effect for the schoolyard, invite for physical activity and potentially increase students’ wellbeing. As part of the project, architecture and biology students implement the installations in co design with the primary school children and parents.
