As part of this master's thesis, a multifunctional urban module was to be designed for the Lisbon district of Belém. The project aimed to create a visible space for the topic of colonialism in public life, serving as a catalyst for a critical yet constructive examination and reflection on European colonialism.


Taggerwerk Libray Graz

As part of the master's thesis, a library was to be designed on the site of the former Taggerwerke in the south of Graz. In addition to the familiar functional processes of a library, the design was to incorporate additional uses. The aim was to demonstrate that the library typology can adapt to contemporary developments and gain relevance.


Kurleben Bad Soden: On the Healthy Small Town

This semester, students focused on the small town of Bad Soden-Salmünster, located in the Main-Kinzig district within the Frankfurt metropolitan region, nestled between mountains and the Kinzigaue. The goal was to develop future visions for a healthy small town, promoting well-being and quality of life amid rapid demographic and structural changes. The key question: How can such small towns position themselves regionally, and what can they offer their current and future residents?
