Study in Massachusetts, Wisconsin or Queensland

As part of the exchange programmes of the Federal State of Hesse, Bachelor's and Master's students can study at partner universities in the US states of Massachusetts and Wisconsin as well as in Queensland in Australia free of charge for one semester.

The Hesse-Massachusetts-Programme offers the opportunity for a semester at one of the four partner universities of the University of Massachusetts System. Further information.

Part of the Hesse-Wisconsin-Programme are 13 partner universities of the University of Wisconsin System. Further information.

The Hesse-Queensland-Programme is aimed at enrolled German Bachelor's or Master's students who have completed at least 3 semesters of study at a Hessian university at the time of departure. Further information.

Application Procedure

Applications are submitted directly to Department VIII (International Affairs). Please note that the application deadlines differ from the other programmes (ERASMUS+ and Overseas).
