The emphasis of Smart und Inklusive City (SuIC) lies on urban planning, participation and the active use – also digital – of urban spaces. It aims to set the parameters in context and to focus planning on the maximum achievable for user groups from a social, inclusive, and demographic perspective. The goal should be a logical, user-friendly = intuitive and flexible planning with many points of intersections and connections.
