Anna-Maria Meister will give her inaugural lecture on June 29 at 6 p.m. as part of the Wednesday Evening Lectures. She has held the tenure-track professorship for architectural theory and science at TU Darmstadt since the winter semester 2019.
A kind invitation to the final presentation of the seminars "Auf die Barrikaden! Protestarchitektur zwischen Raumkonfiguration und Objektgestaltung" (TU Darmstadt/ATW) and "Gemeinschaftsgüter und öffentlicher Raum in Krisenzeiten" (Leuphana/Architektur und digitale Kultur) in cooperation with the Deutschen Architekturmuseum. The event will be held on June 24, starting at 2 pm at the Kuhle.
The lecture series, organized as part of the seminar by Anna-Maria Meister and Alla Vronskaya (University of Kassel), will focus on the scales of architecture. Leading contemporary scholar or theorist of architecture will be invited to speak about their work and discuss it with the participants.
On January 27 at 7 pm a roundtable discussion organized by Jocelyn Froimovich and Anna-Maria Meister will take place. Together with Laila Seewang, Eva Schreiner, Alexandra Karentzos, Matilde Cassani, Ignacio G. Galán and Iván L. Munuera, they will discuss how a different public view of excretions provides a new understanding of our cities.
